Bank Official Discusses Laundering Money [Surveillance footage shows a bank Vice President discussing creating fictitious businesses to launder money. Two men appear in the frame, you can see their button-down shirts and ties but their faces are obscured but you can see a blurry reflection of Speaker 1’s face on the table] Speaker 1: Well yeah, just with some fictitious businesses and I'll handle the rest. You set up the businesses, I'll handle the deposits. [Speaker 1 shuffles the papers in front of him and folds his hands over one another on the table] Speaker 1: I always wondered. I mean, I've been in banking for so long. I'm like, no one's ever contacted me to try to deposit money. I'm like, I can't believe it. [Speaker 1 taps his finger on the table vigorously while he is talking] Speaker 1: I’m like, I seem like, uh, I'm like, do I look like too clean, look some people do think that I'm clean cut, the way I come off. Speaker 2: Well you are clean cut. You look clean cut. But, you know, we have larcenous hearts. [Both men laugh] Speaker 1: Well, you know what? Do I give a [expletive] about money laundering? I don't. To be honest with ya. You know, it's earned money. The guy earned the money. [Speaker 1 gestures with his hands while talking and then leans back in his chair] Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 1: You know, I gonna, I'll deposit a little dr..., like drabs, you know, 100 g's, I mean put in like 5 fictitious businesses. I mean, I can probably get that in within a month. The whole 100 g's. Speaker 2: You could do 100,000 a month. Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 2: That's 15 grand in your pocket a month. Speaker 1: Yeah Speaker 2: Every month. Speaker 1: That'd be retarded. I can't even think of that. [Speaker 1 leans back in his chair and puts is hands behind is head confidently] Speaker 2: Well, you ready for it? Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah. Speaker 2: Okay. That's cool. Speaker 1: So, he has that much cash on hand? Speaker 2: Yeah Speaker 1: Oh my [expletive].
